Overview

In-house MBTI® certification is for organizations that want to certify a group of 10 or more employees.

It can be run in-person at your office, or virtually on dates that are convenient for you.

And because it's led by an experienced faculty member from The Myers-Briggs Company, your group learns from a people-development expert with years of experience addressing organizational challenges.

  • Attend the program

    Attend the four days of MBTI training on the agreed dates.

  • Get certified

    Pass the exam at the end of the program to become an MBTI Certified Practitioner.
