Society for Human Resource management (SHRM)

The Myers-Briggs Company is recognized by the Society for Human Resource management (SHRM) to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. The Myers-Briggs Company has been approved as a SHRM Preferred Provider through April 30, 2019 for the following programs:

HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®)

The HR Certification Institute® is the administrator of professional certifications for human resource professionals. The Myers-Briggs Company’s public CPI 260® and FIRO® Certification Program have been approved for (General) recertification credit hours toward the following certifications for HR professionals:

International Coach Federation (ICF)

The International Coach Federation (ICF) approved the FIRO® Certification Program for Continuing Coaching Education (CCE). The Myers-Briggs Company is authorized to issue CCE units under the CCE Category of “Core Competencies” and “Resource Development.” Credentialed coaches who attend the FIRO® Certification Program are guaranteed that these hours will be accepted toward the renewal requirements of an ICF credential.
