Yvonne is a depth psychologist, career coach, teacher, and writer. She holds a B.Ed. in secondary education; an M.A. in Educational Research, with emphasis on Jungian Theory and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® tool (Thesis - Experiencing Psychological Type: Interactive Insights into the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tool); an M.A. in Depth Psychology, with emphasis in Jungian and Archetypal Studies; and is currently completing her Ph.D. in the same field. Teaching, coaching and parenting have taught her a great deal about relationships and the importance of communication.

As a certified MBTI® and Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children® (MMTIC®) professional, Yvonne uses typology as a tool for helping others understand differences and communicate more effectively. As a career coach, she assists others in discovering careers that suit their personality. Yvonne has over 20 years of experience in working with and using the MBTI® tool both professionally and personally. Academically, she has studied type theory in both her M.A. and Ph.D. programs. Currently, she owns her own consulting business; is a writer for Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc, (CAPT) for their online parenting website at; and is an Associate Consultant for The Myers-Briggs Company.
