What will the program cover?

The interactive workshop covers instrument design, scoring, and interpretation with a focus on the key applications of individual and leadership development. All the knowledge you need is brought to life in hands-on, practical learning sessions that cover the following topics:

  • Introducing, Administering, and Interpreting the CPI 260® Assessment
  • Four Steps to a CPI 260® Interpretation
  • Applying Results in Business Settings
  • Exploring the CPI 260® Coaching Report for Leaders

Can I be educationally eligible to administer the CPI™?

Specific requirements must be met for you to purchase and administer the CPI™ assessment. You can meet these requirements either by successfully completing a certification program and receiving the Certified Practitioner designation or by being granted Education Eligibility. Learn more.

Are there any pre-work assignments?

Yes. You should allow up to 6 hours to complete pre-work. This includes taking the CPI 260 assessment online, selecting a volunteer client who will also take the CPI 260 assessment online, and completing a reading assignment that you will access through our learning management system.

What do I need to do to successfully complete the program?

To successfully complete the CPI 260 Certification Program and become a CPI 260 Certified Practitioner, you must complete the following requirements within 90 days of your program start date:

  • Attend and fully participate in the entirety of each day of the CPI 260 Certification Program.
  • Achieve a score of 80% or higher on a 20-question multiple choice exam.
  • Conduct a post-training 1:1 Interpretation and Feedback Session of CPI 260 assessment results with a volunteer client.
