The International Coaching Federation (ICF) has approved the CPI 260® Certification Program and the FIRO® Certification Program for Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) hours in the “Core Competencies” and “Resource Development” categories.
Credentialed ICF coaches who complete the below public or in-house Certification programs may submit the following number of hours toward the renewal requirements of their ICF credential:
CPI 260® Certification Program
Core Competencies: 6.50 CCE hours
Resource Development: 14.50 CCE hours
FIRO® Certification Program
Core Competencies: 5.50 CCE hours
Resource Development: 7.50 CCE hours
Self-guided MBTI® Certification Program
Core Competencies: 16.00 CCE hours
Resource Development: 14.00 CCE hours
Credentialed ICF coaches who complete the below in-house Certification program may submit the following number of hours toward the renewal requirements of their ICF credential:
MBTI® Certification Program
Core Competencies: 10.00 CCE hours
Resource Development: 19.00 CCE hours

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
The Myers-Briggs Company is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
CPI 260® Certification Program
This Certification program is valid for a total of 21 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.
FIRO® Certification Program
This Certification program is valid for a total of 14.00 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.
