The most valuable aspect of the CPI 260 Certification Progam was the small group work done on the reports, especially understanding the leadership vs. the client report.
Overall, I'd rate this training program as excellent. I feel adequately prepared to start using the CPI 260 assessment, and the program facilitator had the best narrative I've experienced regarding norm issues with testing instruments! Thank you for the honest and direct approach.
