The one-to-one feedback sessions were the most valuable part of the FIRO Certification Program. Additionally, the facilitator leading the course was great. Personable and professional.
I can't think of anything about the FIRO Certification Program that wasn't valuable. Overall, the program was excellent and I found practicing feedback and using the vocabulary with others valuable.
The FIRO-B® assessment provides me with a tool for helping individuals understand what they seek from groups. It’s valuable in helping them manage their own motivations as well as respecting the different needs within groups they serve in or lead. It has strengthened my teaching programs, in that my clients can now see how their behaviors affect trust and conflict.
