Training & Consultancy Transition

Which markets are included in the transition to Human House

This change applies to most European regions. Training and consultancy will now be delivered by Human House in all EU markets except Italy (which will continue to be supported by our partner, Giunti), and France (which The Myers-Briggs Company will continue to manage directly). A full list of impacted markets will be published here when finalized. 

Why is training moving to Human House

This change allows us to provide you with more focused and regionally relevant support. The Myers-Briggs Company will continue investing in assessments, practitioner resources, and Elevate, while Human House brings deep expertise in training and consultancy tailored to practitioners across Europe. 

Who will deliver my future MBTI®, FIRO®, and TKI® training and consultancy?

Training and consultancy will be delivered by Human House’s team, including the UK Professional Services trainers and consultants you already know. 

What about other assessments such as Strong® and CPI™

Strong Interest Inventory® certification in English will continue to be delivered through our global partner, GS Consultants, while French-language certification will continue to be delivered by our French office

Will course formats, pricing, or delivery methods change?

No, there are no changes to course formats or pricing planned at this time. 

Purchasing in Elevate

Why is the EU Shop closing?

We are closing the EU Shop so that all assessment-related activity — projects, participant management, purchasing, and resources — can take place on one platform: Elevate. This provides a more consistent, efficient, and future-ready experience and mirrors improvements made in other regions. All respondent activity will continue on Elevate.

What can I purchase in Elevate?

Reports, digital products,  and physical materials. Most products will be available directly in the catalogue. A small number of legacy or low-volume items will be retired or available via a PDF catalogue through Customer Support.

What happens to my current inventory in the EU Shop?

It will be transferred to Elevate. If you have an Elevate account, it will appear there automatically. If not, we will create an account for you and send you a password setup link.

Will my pricing change?

No. Pricing will remain consistent with your current arrangements.

Do I need to prepare for the shop closure?

No action is required unless you have concerns about inventory transfer. 

I’ve never used Elevate. How will I get access?

We will create an account for you if you don’t already have one, and you will receive an email to set your password. 

Website Consolidation

Why is eu.themyersbriggs.com being retired?

To simplify navigation, reduce duplication and create a cleaner, more consistent online experience.

Will the new website be available in my native language?

The global website will be available in English, while and we will maintain a French website. The Elevate platform is available in English, French, and Dutch. The Elevate platform that your respondents would access to complete assessments is available in over 20 languages.

What happens when the EU site is retired?

It will redirect to the global website for a period before being deactivated.

Where will I find product information and general guidance?

Assessment overviews and educational content will be on our global website. Product-specific information — including available reports, formats,  and materials — will be located in Elevate. Elevate tutorials are available on the transition landing page to help you get started.

Data and Consent

Why do you need my consent to share my data?

 We require your permission to share practitioner information with Human House so they can support your training and consultancy needs. 

Do I need to give consent if I am already enrolled in a certification program?

Yes. To enable Human House to deliver your program effectively and support your onboarding, we need your explicit consent to transfer your practitioner information to them in order to comply with data privacy law.

What data will be transferred?

Certification records, course history, consultancy notes, and professional contact details. Assessment purchase data will not be shared, nor will any respondent data.

Will The Myers-Briggs Company continue to store my data?

Yes. You will continue to purchase and deliver assessments through The Myers-Briggs Company, and we will continue to hold your data in line with our Privacy Policy. This will include all account data together with respondent data.

What if I choose not to consent?

You can still purchase and deliver assessments through Elevate. You may still book Human House training and consultancy independently, but they will not be able to contact you or verify your certification without your consent. Providing consent will ensure a more seamless experience for you.
