ABOUT THE CHANGE
Why is my account moving from Assessio to The Myers-Briggs Company?
The Myers-Briggs Company is aligning support for our customer globally so practitioners can access consistent systems and support across our assessments no matter your location. Access to the MBTI®, FIRO®, and TKI® assessments and associated product offerings in Sweden, Finland, and Norway will now be provided and supported directly by The Myers-Briggs Company.
If you purchase other assessments or services from Assessio that do not come from The Myers-Briggs Company, your relationship with Assessio for those products will remain unchanged.
What does this change mean for me?
You will now purchase The Myers-Briggs Company’s assessments directly through our global practitioner platform, Elevate®. Your certification records for the MBTI and FIRO assessments will be securely held by The Myers-Briggs Company once transferred subsequent to you providing consent to Assessio to the transfer of data. The TKI does not require certification, but purchasing it will now take place directly through The Myers-Briggs Company.
Any non-Myers-Briggs Company assessments you buy from Assessio will continue as normal.
Will there be any disruption to my services or access?
There should be no disruption. Once you provide consent to the transfer of your data, your certification records will be transferred by Assessio to The Myers-Briggs Company, and your Elevate account will be created with access provided. You may continue delivering assessments and projects through Assessio as usual during this period up to March 22, 2026. Thereafter, all delivery of MBTI, FIRO, and TKI assessments will only be available through Elevate. Provided you have given Assessio consent to the transfer of your data prior to this date, we will have set up your Elevate account for you, and you should experience a seamless transfer of services.
Will I pay the same prices when I move over to The Myers-Briggs Company?
In most cases, you will actually find a lower price buying directly through The Myers-Briggs Company. Your exact pricing and terms of business will be confirmed as part of your transition, but there will be no annual license fee for use of our Elevate platform. Our terms of business can be found here, together with information on how we handle data.
Where will my certification records be kept post change?
Your MBTI and FIRO certification records will be stored securely in The Myers-Briggs Company's global practitioner database once you provide consent through the form on this page.
Will The Myers-Briggs Company recognize the certifications I gained through Assessio?
Yes. All valid MBTI and FIRO certifications issued through Assessio will continue to be fully recognized by The Myers-Briggs Company. To ensure your records are accurately reflected in our global practitioner database and your access continues smoothly, please complete the consent form on this page. After March 22, 2026, Assessio will no longer be responsible for supporting The Myers-Briggs Company’s assessments in your region.
How do I transition to The Myers-Briggs Company?
Please complete the consent form on this page. Once the form is submitted, Assessio will transfer your records to us and we will set up your Elevate account. When your account is ready, you will simply set your password, and then you can begin using the Elevate platform.

What is Elevate
Elevate is The Myers-Briggs Company’s global online assessment delivery platform, used by our practitioners around the world. It brings together assessment delivery, project management, purchasing, resources, and support in one secure place, together with our MBTI Practitioner Community benefits.
How do I activate my Elevate account?
After you complete the consent form, The Myers-Briggs Company will transfer your certification records and send you an activation email. Follow the link in the email to set your password and sign in.
Will I need to pay to use Elevate?
No. There is no annual license fee to use Elevate in Europe.
Where can I find prices for the reports that I want to purchase and your terms of business?
Once you access Elevate, all product pricing and Terms of Business are available directly inside the platform.
What assessments are available on Elevate?
You will have access to the full range of assessments within our family of brands, including: MBTI, FIRO, TKI, CPI®, and Strong Interest Inventory®, along with associated reports and resources.
MY ASSESSMENTS, PROJECTS, AND INVENTORY
What happens to any assessments or projects I have in progress with Assessio?
Any projects currently running on the Assessio platform must be completed there. Projects cannot be transferred over to Elevate. If you are concerned about a project finishing before the transition date of March 22, 2026, please contact The Myers-Briggs Company Customer Support for assistance.
Will I still have access to the same tools and assessments I use now?
Yes. All assessments from The Myers-Briggs Company will remain available to you through Elevate. Any tools or assessments you use on Assessio that are not part of The Myers-Briggs Company’s portfolio will continue to be accessed through Assessio.
Can I continue buying physical materials and digital books?
Yes. You will be able to purchase physical materials and digital books directly through The Myers-Briggs Company on Elevate.
MY DATA & MY CLIENTS
What happens to my client data during the transition?
Assessio will continue to hold any data and information they currently store related to your account (including certifications, and other account information such as purchasing history and contracts) unless you request its removal. Data and information relating to your respondents and clients will not be transferred to The Myers-Briggs Company. From the point you begin using Elevate, any new respondent and client data will be managed within Elevate using its built-in data-retention controls, which are self-served by you so you can manage your own data retention and deletion requirements at all times. Will my data or reports automatically appear in Elevate?
Certification records will transfer once you submit your consent form. Assessment data or historical project data from Assessio systems will not appear in Elevate.
How is my data protected in Elevate?
Elevate is hosted in secure cloud storage through Microsoft Azure that meets global information security standards including ISO27001 and SOC2. All data is processed and stored by The Myers-Briggs Company in compliance with EU GDPR and in accordance with The Myers-Briggs Company’s information security policy and Privacy Policy. We have 2FA, etc.]
How long is client data kept in Elevate?
You can choose your own data retention period through a self-serve mechanism in Elevate. Data retention settings range from 18 months to an indefinite period, at your choice. If you do not set a period, the default period is 20 years, but you can select a shorter period as needed. Data older than your chosen retention period—or the default if no period is—selected is automatically deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What languages are available in Elevate?
Elevate's platform interface is currently available in English, French and Dutch. However, your end users, including respondent test-takers, will still be able to take assessments and receive reports in the same languages they use today through Assessio. If you work with international organizations, you may also gain access to additional report languages that are available globally through The Myers-Briggs Company but that were unavailable through Assessio.
TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
How do I start a new project in Elevate?
Once logged in, select "create Project" and follow the on-screen steps. Links to support videos and a transition webinar are available on this page.
How do I invite participants and deliver assessments?
Within each project, you can add participants and send invitations directly from Elevate. You will find helpful tutorials, videos, and links to register for transition webinars on the landing page.
Will anything change about how I place orders?
Yes. All purchasing for our assessments and reports will take place directly through Elevate. If you purchase other assessments from Assessio, you will continue purchasing those directly from Assessio.
WORKING IN ELEVATE GOING FORWARD
Where do I go if I want additional training or certification?
We are currently in the process of transitioning training and consultancy services in your region for The Myers-Briggs Company’s assessments to a European partner. If you are looking for additional training, certification, or professional development support, please contact The Myers-Briggs Company directly and we will guide you to the appropriate option.
Do you offer advanced courses for MBTI/FIRO/TKI/Strong practitioners?
MBTI practitioners will have access to the wealth of resources available in the MBTI Practitioner Community, including webinars, application sessions, and practical tools.
Can I attend refresher or development sessions if I’m already certified?
Yes. The MBTI Practitioner Community offers ongoing development opportunities, and an MBTI refresher is available.
Are there online, self-paced, and in-person training options?
Yes. We offer self-guided learning options available through our website at www.themyersbriggs.com, including MBTI self-paced certification.

What do I need to do right now?
Please complete the consent form on this page so Assessio can transfer your certification records and other account information. Thereafter, we will have what we need to set up your Elevate access.
Will I get support or training on how to use Elevate?

Who do I contact if I need help during the transition?
The Myers-Briggs Company Customer Support team is here to help with questions about certification, ordering, or Elevate access. Support links and resources will be available on the landing page.
What if I miss the deadlines you mentioned?
To ensure a smooth transition of your account and uninterrupted access to The Myers-Briggs Company’s assessments, we recommend providing your consent before March 22, 2026. Providing consent earlier allows us to set up your Elevate account in advance and support continuity in your work. The smoothest transition of your account will occur if you provide consent to Assessio prior to March 22, 2026. Providing consent earlier will enable you to explore Elevate before the cessation date of March 22, 2026.
