Patty McCord served as Chief Talent Officer of Netflix for fourteen years and helped create the Netflix Culture Deck. Patty participated in IPOs at Netflix and, before that, Pure Atria Software. A veteran of Sun Microsystems, Borland, and Seagate Technologies, she has also worked with small start-ups. Her background includes staffing, diversity, communications, and international human resources positions.
Currently, Patty coaches and advises a small group of companies and entrepreneurs on culture and leadership. She also speaks to groups and teams around the world.

Wayne holds the Robert H. Reynolds Distinguished Chair in Global Leadership at the University of Colorado Denver. He received an honorary doctorate from the University of Geneva in 2004, won the Losey award for human resources research from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2010, and received the Distinguished Scientific Contributions award from the Society for I/O Psychology in 2013. In 2016, the World Federation of People Management Associations awarded him its Lifetime Achievement Award.
He has published 31 books, more than 200 articles and book chapters, and is an elected Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources, the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, and the Australian HR Institute. He has served as Board Chair of the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation, president of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and as a member of the Academy of Management’s Board of Governors. Currently he is an editor of the Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS).

Justin works within CPP’s Research Division and is primarily responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the research and development efforts that support CPP’s suite of assessment products and services.
He has nearly 15 years of experience in applied psychological research and human capital consulting. Over the course of his career, he has designed, developed, and implemented human capital system components including pre-hire assessments, employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and leadership development programs. Throughout this work, he has utilized the CPI 260 assessment extensively, including for informing individual hiring and promotion decisions for mid- and executive-level leaders, and applying it to larger scale human capital selection and development projects.
Justin has published research in journals such as Psychological Bulletin and Psychological Science, authored several technical briefs and whitepapers, and has presented at multiple professional conferences. He was the principal architect of the Association for Talent Development’s (ATD) 2013 update to its competency model defining the Training and Development profession. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2007 from the University of Minnesota.

Martin has worked as a psychologist in the field of management and organizational development since 1998, with a focus in the areas of executive leadership development, strategic planning, the psychology of change, team performance and talent development. He works internationally with leading public and private sector organizations.
Martin is a member of CPP Asia Pacific’s Executive Leadership Team where he is responsible for managing consulting services and overseeing the certification programs for CPP’s range of psychometric instruments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation™ (FIRO®), CPI™ Personality Assessment, the Strong Interest Inventory® and is a certification trainer for the EQ-i 2.0® emotional intelligence assessment. He is an adjunct faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership and faculty facilitator on the Executive MBA programs of the China European International Business School and the Moscow School of Management. He is constantly seeking ways to improve the lives of his clients by integrating his experience of working across diverse cultures and drawing from his professional background in the fields of neuropsychology, leadership and employee development. He is currently researching evidence-based strategies to enhance workplace well-being.

Sinead is an accomplished HR Professional with over 18 years’ experience in both the FMCG and ITC sectors. She completed her MBS (Master of Business Studies) in the Michael Smurfit Business School and holds an honors BComm degree from University College Galway.
Currently HR Director for European Cereal and Marketing at Kellogg, Sinead is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage and unlock the potential of all employees, establishing a culture that will drive agility, develop leaders and empower teams to deliver at their best. Sinead is also Chair of the Women of Kellogg’s diversity network at the Dublin campus and in 2018 was presented with a Gender Champions Award at Planet Woman in recognition of the progress, impact and achievements Kellogg is making in gender diversity.
Throughout her career Sinead has gained extensive experience leading organizational transformations, supporting the Pringles integration when she first joined Kellogg and prior to her current role she worked as European Change Director leading on the deployment of a Global Change Framework to support delivering organizational change initiatives in Europe.
Prior to joining Kellogg, she worked with both Eircom and Diageo where she moved through a number of generalist and specialist roles in Dublin, London and Amsterdam. Sinead has led both global and local teams through large scale restructures, continuous improvement initiatives and team/talent development programs, enabling and coaching senior teams to unlock growth.

Roger is Chairman of the Board of Directors for West Pak Avocado, an international grower and distributor of avocados in transition from first to second generation. He is a Senior Fellow (retired) from the Center for Creative Leadership. Roger was Program Manager for Leadership at the Peak. This program was cited as the number one Executive Development Program in the United States by the Wall Street Journal. His custom work included designing and teaching Executive Leadership Programs for General Motors, Whirlpool, Kohler, Boeing and the US Navy and others globally. The Graduate Student Association at University of California Riverside awarded him a Lifetime Teaching Achievement Award. Roger’s student team in the International Business Strategy Competition won first place in the Graduate Division, first ever for the Graduate School. Roger has taken on a number of pro-bono projects, including the San Diego’s Zoological Society.

She has over 15 years’ experience in roles that include teaching, leading, and consulting.
In her work, she’s launched new online programs, led innovations in learning models, designed learning programs for recruitment and talent development, and prepared new leaders for successful transitions. In addition, she has led organizational initiatives in learning assessment, technology roll-outs and adoption, new team formation and development, organizational change, and leading remote / virtual teams. She is known for her strategic and thoughtful approach to establish key goals, while balancing organizational needs with contextual realities. She has presented numerous conference sessions and workshops on leadership style, team dynamics, and individual strengths/development.
Rachel is a Senior Consultant for CPP and a certified MBTI®, FIRO®, and CPI 260® Practitioner. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership, graduate concentration in Adult Learning Methods & Instruction, and is pursuing her Doctorate in Transformational Leadership & Change. John is Consulting Manager in the UK division of Sopra Steria Group, a European leader of digital transformation which provides a comprehensive portfolios of end-to-end service offerings, including consulting, systems integration, software development, and business process services. He has over 30 years’ experience leading organisation change in automotive, financial services and construction, and digital industries. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black-Belt, a certified Executive Coach, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and holds a master’s degree in Systems Thinking.
John was responsible for designing and delivering a large-scale cultural change program in the Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBSG) business services division of 24,000 staff, following the financial crash of 2008. This involved coaching and mentoring senior leaders to understand their role in leading lean cultural change, providing practical techniques and guidance for sustainable mindset and behavior transformation.
Since leaving RBSG, John has successfully applied systems thinking techniques in the construction industry to help leadership teams to re-write their business plans to ensure benefits are realised. Drawing on his experience of evaluating individuals and teams, together with the discipline of measurement systems analysis, John has led the design and deployment of behavioral assessment and evaluation in major program procurement for over $10B of civil engineering contracts. Working closely with clients, John has been able to significantly advance the efficacy and rigour of behavioral assessment when selecting partner organizations while reducing cost.

John Hackston is a Chartered Psychologist with over 30 years of experience in helping clients to use psychometric tests and questionnaires in a wide range of contexts including selection, leadership development, performance management and team building. His experience takes in roles in management, consultancy, training and in research, where he has managed large scale projects such as the development of the European versions of the MBTI Step II personality questionnaire.
John is passionate about objective assessment and believes that the ethical and focused use of personality assessments and ability tests can be a real force for good in the workplace. In his current role as Head of Thought Leadership at OPP, he has a mission to bridge the divide between academics, test users and business leaders, allowing executives and managers to apply research insights to the way they run their organizations. In doing so, he and his team both carry out original research and draw on the most relevant evidence from elsewhere.

Sherrie Haynie is the Director of US Professional Services for CPP, Inc. leading the company’s US Practitioner Development and Consulting Services efforts. Sherrie has expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, curriculum design and talent management. With a focus on organizational results, Sherrie has worked globally with executives and senior leadership teams to transform workgroups into high-performing teams while solving real-time business challenges.
Sherrie has over 25 years’ experience in leadership and consulting across all industries such as manufacturing, finance, and customer service. In her work, Sherrie has leveraged psychological assessments to assist with the identification of developmental opportunities, talent and organizational needs analysis. She has authored CPP products and practitioner content as well as having presented numerous conference sessions and consulting engagements on leadership development, organizational effectiveness and building cohesive teams.
As part of CPP’s global Professional Services leadership team, Sherrie collaborates with global partners and distributors to ensure standards of quality are met for Certification Program faculty members abroad.

Alice is passionate about coaching and has a wide variety of experience in the coaching space. She works as an executive coach drawing on her training and experience in applied psychology and coaching to support coachees in a variety of industries and levels. Alice is experienced in delivering coach training and has designed and delivered coaching skills training for leaders and managers. Alice has recently delivered an EMCC accredited coach development programme to train internal coaches to become performance coaches. Alice has an EMCC accredited PG Certificate in Executive coaching and a PG Diploma in Psychological coaching. She has also completed an EMCC accredited qualification in coaching supervision to develop her skills and experience in coaching and providing coaching supervision.
Alice has extensive experience in team facilitation, team development and team coaching. She has designed and delivered team events with a range of clients in the public and private sectors and has worked with senior leadership teams. Alice has run events with small and large teams in matrix organizations to support their development and strategic alignment. Alice’s approach to team development is to work with data as it emerges and to encourage the team to reflect and focus on their process throughout the development, seeing development as being an ongoing process for a team. She is also a Director at The Alliance for CEOs, and founder of Collabrus, an independent contractor compliance firm.
Marion is author of Thriving in the Gig Economy (2017) and A New Brand of Expertise (2002) and has appeared as an expert on workplace trends on numerous radio shows, podcasts, conferences and television programs. She is currently on the Board and Business Development Committee of The Front Porch, a California Continuing Care Retirement Community with 14 facilities in the United States ranging from elderly housing to assisted living and dementia care. She a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Gold and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Pam Fox Rollin coaches executives and top teams in the San Francisco Bay Area and globally. Many of her clients have been rockstars in their functions who are now set to lead more broadly at C-levels. Her company, IdeaShape, also facilitates culture development, strategy sessions, innovation retreats, conflict resolution, leadership development cohorts, executive onboarding, and teambuilding. Rich leads CPP’s research efforts worldwide and provides strategic input on cross-functional product development. He has extensive experience and a deep understanding of the company’s assessments, having played a key role in the development of the FIRO Business® assessment, the revision of the Strong Interest Inventory and the MBTI® assessment and the CPI 260® Coaching Report for Leaders. His work often spans the organizational and academic divide through collaborative research with Fortune 500 companies and international partners. He regularly presents at conferences of organizations such as the International Testing Commission, the Association of Test Publishers, and the European Association for Work and Organizational Psychology.
Rich has a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in management from North Dakota State University, and a master’s degree and PhD in psychology from Texas Tech University, where he worked for the Texas Center for Productivity and Quality of Work Life, developing and analyzing organizational climate surveys as part of large-scale organizational redesigns. Rich also worked for five years in the Organizational Research and Training Laboratory of the Civil Aeromedical Research Institute (CAMI) of the FAA. There, his work focused on the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of organizational surveys, including a biennial agency-wide survey of all employees.

She is the author of more than 25 research publications from The Conference Board. Her research on human resource issues has been cited in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, USA Today, Time, Business Week, and National Public Radio’s “Morning Edition.”
Mary received her doctorate in organizational behavior from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management. She earned a M.Ed. in organizational development at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a B.A. in English from Case Western Reserve University.
