The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator^® assessment, or MBTI assessment as it’s commonly known, is arguably the most well-known personality assessment in the world. For more than 60 years, this scientifically-valid psychometric assessment has helped individuals to better understand themselves, work more effectively, and get along better with teammates and coworkers.
