Sunnyvale, Calif., April 13, 2017—CPP Innovation Labs, a division of CPP, Inc., announced the release of the SuperStrong™ assessment—a data-optimized and highly-accurate digital version of the world's most widely-used and researched interest assessment, the Strong Interest Inventory®. The SuperStrong is now available online through CPP Innovation Labs’ VitaNavis™ platform, allowing individuals to find personalized education and career pathways by linking the results of their SuperStrong interests and personality reports to information about careers, salaries, job outlooks, skills, and education requirements. Designed to deliver assessment results at scale, CPP’s VitaNavis platform allows schools and other organizations to offer invaluable career insight and exploration to a limitless number of people.
By logging into VitaNavis and taking the SuperStrong, students, recent graduates, and people in transition can discover their interests in five to ten minutes and then use these results to explore different career paths, all within the VitaNavis platform. “Research has shown that, among other things, interests are related to grades, degree attainment, educational persistence, and income,” said Craig Johnson, Director of Data Science, CPP Innovation Labs. “Based on that research, we know one of the most important things educators and students can do is identify interests and tie them to real world educational paths and careers. Using new techniques and technology, we are making the link between assessment results and real world applications truly a reality.”
