(CPP.com), an industry leader in research, training, and organizational development tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, today announced that Darrell Mockus, CTO of the newly launched CPP Innovation Labs, will be a featured guest speaker at the Girls in Tech (GIT) interactive workshop—Successful Leadership in Today’s World: How to Be a Leader and Still Be You. The event is designed to provide attendees with insights and skills on self-leadership, influencing and negotiating with an array of management types and styles, as well as leading others through inspiration, and by example.
Darrell Mockus is CTO of CPP Innovation Labs, an incubator focused on applying rigorous data analytics to research-tested personality insight, for rapid time-to-market solutions designed to solve real-world problems in education, healthcare and employment. Previous to CPP Innovation Labs Mockus was CTO in Samsung’s Open Innovation Center. Before that Mockus was the CTO and co-founder of Utique, where he led the development of an advanced automated retail machine and supported backend software system from concept to mass production.
Darrell Mockus will present on the 7 critical competencies for effective and productive leaders as they relate to the CPI 260® assessment as well as the CPI 260® Coaching Report for Leaders. He will also recap the work CPP Innovation Labs is doing with the CPI 260® Assessment, Leadership, and Education. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the traits of successful leaders, the traits that are derailers of leaders, as well as examine the perception of women in technology.
