May 2, 2018

CPP announced today the opening of public registration for their industry conference, slated to take place in San Francisco, CA on October 17-18, 2018. This flagship event is designed for people who are on the front line of business transformation. Led by people development and industry experts, the event promises an inspiring program providing deep insights and practical solutions to address today’s changing work environment and the organizational trends affecting everyone’s workplace.

To kick off this event, CPP has secured the former Netflix Chief Talent Officer and workplace innovator Patty McCord. As the opening keynote, McCord will share how building a culture of freedom and responsibility can release high-performing employees from the chains of workday drudgery.

“True and abiding happiness in work comes from being deeply engaged in solving a problem with talented people who are also deeply engaged in solving it, and from knowing that the customer loves the product you all have worked so hard to make,” says McCord.

The PeopleFWD event currently includes three distinct tracks:

Topics explored in the above tracks include employee experience, organizational culture, wellbeing, retaining talent, improving individual and team performance, virtual teamwork, leadership capabilities and organizational agility.

Your teams and your people are at the center of adapting your organization for today’s global business environment. People and teams need to be structured for speed, agility and adaptability, and this unique event for HR professionals and business leaders will give you the tools to succeed with your people.
