CPP wins Omni award for new training

March 14, 2018

Our Communication in Action interactive learning module has received a gold Omni Award for its instructional design and execution. The Omni Awards recognize outstanding achievements in art and technology as expressed through video, web and mobile media productions that engage, empower and enlighten. “Gold” is the highest level of recognition.

Communication in Action, a core component of CPP’s Communicating for Results program, was designed in partnership with Allen Communications to provide an immersive learning experience for professional insight and growth.

“We’re thrilled to have won the gold Omni Award, and we believe it reflects not only the design and appeal of our Communicating for Results program, but also the immense value it provides in helping people appreciate the natural diversity in the ways they think, communicate, and interact—differences that are often the source of misunderstanding, and even conflict,” said Suresh Balasubramanian, GM & SVP of Products, Programs and Marketing for CPP.

The Omni Awards committee includes a wide variety of talented professionals working for highly respected organizations, including the Olympic organization committee, CNN, NBC, ABC, PBS, the US Army, Disney, Associated Press, and others. Entries are evaluated on a scale between 1 and 10 by a panel of judges, with Gold awards receiving an average score of 9.5 or higher.
